Korean Woman Shares Mom’s AntiAging Facial Exercise at 73

Jessica Lee, a New York-based content creator known for sharing Korean beauty tips on Instagram, recently highlighted her 73-year-old mother’s facial exercise routine, which she says helps maintain a youthful appearance without plastic surgery.

In a video shared in May, Jessica and her mother, Yong Lee, demonstrated exercises they claim reduce signs of aging, including nasolabial folds. The routine, which Jessica describes as a “V line facial exercise,” has gained popularity on TikTok for its simplicity and effectiveness.

“She’s been doing this religiously for years,” Jessica wrote in the caption. “I do it daily too now, plus the neck exercises, because I want to look like her when I’m 73!”

In the video, Jessica said, “Facial exercises to look this young at 73—my mom wanted to teach you all the exercises she does, and they are working wonders. You don’t need plastic surgery if you do this… yes, save money.”

While demonstrating the technique, Jessica explained that her mother focuses on improving circulation around the ears. “If you want to get rid of the nasolabial fold, she said you actually have to massage your ear. My mom believes the circulation around your ears affects wrinkles and sagging on your face,” she said.

The exercise involves forming a V shape with two fingers, grabbing the ears, and gently pressing them up and down.

These exercises are part of a broader trend known as face yoga, which many people use to naturally reduce wrinkles and improve skin firmness. Experts say that regular facial exercises may support better muscle tone and blood flow, contributing to a more youthful appearance.
