In her recent vlog, Nikki shared her daily diet routine that keeps her healthy. She prefers simple home-cooked meals instead of complicated diets. Her day starts with ghee black coffee, which she says helps burn fat, followed by a cardio workout at the gym.

For breakfast, Nikki eats a nutritious bowl of oats mixed with apples, pomegranate seeds, bananas, mangoes, almonds, and more. Her cook revealed she has followed this breakfast routine for three to four years. Nikki also carries this meal with her during shoots.

During summer, she adds curd rice after lunch every day. Even on set, Nikki sends her driver to bring her home-cooked meals.
