Jane Seymour, the 74-year-old British actress, appeared remarkably youthful at an event in Los Angeles on Tuesday evening. The former Bond girl attended the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations Presents Jane Seymour Career Retrospective at The Meryl Streep Center for Performing Artists.
Standing 5ft 4in and maintaining a size 4 figure, Seymour showcased her toned arms in a pale blue cotton summer dress. Her highlighted hair framed her face with soft bangs, complemented by a fresh Malibu tan.
Seymour has revealed she has stayed the same size since her teenage years. Fans praised her youthful appearance on social media, calling her “ageless” and joking she must be “drinking from the fountain of youth.”
In a recent interview with DailyMail.com, Seymour credited her longevity and slim figure to the Mediterranean diet. She said she loves its fresh vegetables and flavors, especially tomatoes, olives, and fish. She starts her day with coffee and hard-boiled eggs for protein and eats one large meal around 1:30 p.m., which she enjoys fully.
Her daily snacks include pistachios, cucumbers, celery, and hummus. “I love nuts. I’m a savory person and like salt,” she said.
Living a healthy lifestyle by the Malibu beach for many years, Seymour said good health gives her energy and keeps her going. She emphasized that she does not follow strict diets or use weight-loss drugs like Ozempic.
“People ask if I have cheat days. I say I’m never really on a diet—I just make good choices and stick with them,” Seymour told DailyMail.com. “If you think you’re on a diet, you lose track and cheat. But if you find healthy foods you love, you never feel shorted.”
Her balanced approach to eating and exercise is clearly paying off, allowing her to maintain her youthful look and vibrant energy well into her seventies.
