JD Vance recently revealed in a vice presidential campaign interview that he lost 30 pounds over two years. He said his weight loss came from skipping breakfast, going to the gym, running, and eating less. He decided to change his habits after getting out of breath playing with his kids. Vance also made clear that he did not use any weight loss drugs.

One thing Vance avoids is “fake meat.” On The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, he called it “disgusting.” Overall, his diet reflects a balance between health and taste without relying on meat substitutes.
