Hong Yun-hwa shared her weight loss journey in a recent YouTube video on the channel ‘Hong Yun-hwa Kim Min-ki Ggongnyang-gongnyang’ titled “Recipe for losing 18 kg.”
In the video uploaded on the 14th, she announced she had lost 18 kg and acknowledged that some people said the change was not obvious. She explained that her various appearances, from heavier to slimmer, have been seen by her audience before. She encouraged viewers to compare her current look to videos from two months ago to see the difference.
Hong said, “You can do it too. There’s only a little left now. From now on, it’s homework. Let’s go for it. We need to go with that fighting spirit.” She added that eating delicious food is important to avoid getting tired during weight loss. She called her approach “a recipe for not gaining weight” and shared a tofu shrimp fried rice recipe.
Hong Yun-hwa also revealed plans to lose a total of 40 kg by Christmas, drawing attention to her ongoing transformation.
