Gold Coast fitness couple Ash and Laura Minchin are relocating their young family to northern New South Wales after purchasing a stunning home in the Tweed Hinterland.
The Minchins, who recently opened a new Strong Pilates Studio in Robina, adding to their existing centers in Southport, Burleigh Heads, and Gladesville in Sydney, are moving from Kirra to Carool.
They paid \$2.35 million for the five-bedroom homestead known as ‘Coomalie Park.’
The property features rolling lawns and offers scenic views of the southern coast.
Although their beachside apartment provided ample living space, the Minchins were drawn to the expansive outdoor areas and coastal outlook.
“When we first saw the property, we could imagine having a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon, while our very active girls played on the lawn,” said Laura Minchin.
“It’s a beautiful home, and we couldn’t stop thinking about the lifestyle it would provide for our family.”
