Good Morning Britain presenter Susanna Reid has spoken openly about her weight loss journey, revealing that her muscles are weakening.
The 54-year-old previously lost 1.5 stone by cutting out snacks and alcohol. However, she said her body eventually settled back to its natural weight after adjusting to these changes.
In an interview with Woman magazine, Susanna called the muscle loss “annoying” but added that “life is for living.” She said she has found a good balance now but admitted she could improve her fitness routine to help maintain muscle strength.
