Fitness Meets Fun at ADP Corporate 5K in Hampton Roads

by Daisy

The ADP Corporate 5K presented by Bon Secours returned to downtown Norfolk on June 18, 2025, drawing a record 2,327 participants and confirming its place as Hampton Roads’ largest office happy hour. Hosted by J\&A Racing, the annual event brought together employees from over 170 local businesses and organizations for an evening of fitness, team spirit, and post-race celebration.

Under a glowing skyline and vibrant atmosphere, runners and walkers gathered to promote workplace wellness and enjoy an evening of friendly competition and socializing. The event featured music from local DJ Joee Fu, a high-energy finish-line festival, and a festive after-party with food and drinks provided by Groovin’ Gourmet.

The 2025 race also contributed to community outreach efforts. Funds raised through the Starting Strides Charity Team will go toward sponsoring a local elementary school’s participation in the upcoming Chartway Norfolk Harbor Kid’s Mile. The support will cover shoes, race entries, and transportation for students at no cost.
