He explained that he has strictly cut out carbs, particularly roti and rice, from his diet. Additionally, he has been training almost every day, walking over 10,000 steps daily, and staying committed to his goal without indulging in any cheat meals. To emphasize the changes, Saleem shared a comparison: a photo taken on April 15 and a video showing his current progress.
In the post, Saleem mentioned that he has another 5-6 weeks to go before reaching his final goal. He shared the update to hold himself accountable and stay motivated. He wrote, “6 weeks of no roti, no rice, and training 5-6 days a week with no cheat meals. Clocking in 10k+ steps every day. Another 5-6 weeks and I’ll be at my goal. Sharing this here to stay accountable.” He further tagged his trainer and added, “Koshish rukni nahi chahiye,” emphasizing his dedication and perseverance.
