Inter Milan will have Federico Dimarco, Matteo Darmian, Nicola Zalewski, and Stefan de Vrij available for their Serie A match against Udinese on Sunday, according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper *Corriere dello Sport*, as reported by FCInterNews.
Dimarco and Darmian have already returned to full training, while Zalewski and de Vrij are expected to rejoin the squad soon. This is a welcome boost for Inter as they prepare to face Udinese after the international break.
The Nerazzurri face important fixtures ahead, including two-legged ties against AC Milan in the Coppa Italia and Bayern Munich in the Champions League. According to the *Corriere*, coach Simone Inzaghi will have a refreshed squad for Sunday’s match.
Prior to the international break, Inter struggled with injuries to key players. The demanding schedule has taken its toll. Federico Dimarco had to leave the pitch early due to a thigh injury during Inter’s Serie A draw with Napoli earlier this month. Now, the Italy international is back in full training.
Matteo Darmian, a versatile defender and former Manchester United player, also suffered a thigh injury in last month’s Coppa Italia win over Lazio. However, he too is fully fit and ready to return against Udinese.
Nicola Zalewski, another wingback, had been sidelined with a calf strain. He is expected to return to partial training with the squad today.
With these players returning, Inter will have more options as they head into a crucial phase of their season.
