Meghan Markle, known for her love of cooking, recently shared how she manages to maintain a healthy diet despite her busy schedule as the wife of a royal prince. In an interview on her podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder, Meghan explained her approach to cooking when discussing the challenges of time management with her guest, Heather Hasson, the CEO of healthcare apparel brand FIGS.
During the conversation, Hasson admitted to being a poor cook and joked that she could only bring lemonade while learning cooking tips from Meghan. In response, Meghan revealed that, due to her hectic lifestyle, she often resorts to takeout meals. However, she makes them healthier by adding vegetables from her garden.
“I see vegetables and I see takeout – because I don’t have time to cook every day – and I think, how can I make this more appealing and nutritious?” Meghan said.
This discussion followed Meghan’s recent celebration of Mother’s Day with her family in the United States.
