Union City, May 1st — The Union City Library is offering a free yoga session on Thursday, May 1st, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The class will focus on breath-centered practices aimed at calming the mind and activating the body’s relaxation response.
Designed for beginners, this slow-paced session is open to all participants. Those who prefer sitting in a chair instead of the floor can easily adjust the poses to meet their needs.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats and any other items they may need for the class. This program, like all library events, is free and open to the public.
