Dublin Sisters Siobhan and Ita Share How They Lost a Combined Four Stone

Two Dublin sisters, Siobhan Cassidy (67) and Ita Linnane (70), have shared their inspiring weight loss journeys and the secrets behind their success in becoming the healthiest versions of themselves. After struggling with their weight over the years, both sisters decided it was time to prioritize their health and well-being.

Together, they have lost a combined four stone, with Siobhan maintaining her weight loss and Ita continuing on her journey.
