Australian singer Casey Donovan has revealed details of her new healthy lifestyle after a significant weight loss journey supported by a GLP-1 weight loss medication, Juniper.
The 36-year-old entertainer recently overhauled her diet and daily habits, crediting Juniper, a medication that helps regulate appetite and is increasingly used in medical weight loss programs.
On Tuesday, Donovan gave fans a look inside her kitchen, sharing how she prepares one of her favorite healthy snacks. In a video posted on social media, she demonstrated how to make her “tuna remix,” a simple mix of canned tuna, chopped cucumber, kewpie mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and dill. The post was part of a paid partnership and included a promotional mention of Juniper.
Fans responded warmly to the post, calling the dish “yummy” and praising the video’s relatable tone. One follower commented, “Sounds very yummy, I’m going to try it, thank you love,” while another wrote, “This has to be the most relatable cooking video ever and I’m so here for it.”
Donovan rose to fame in 2004 after winning the second season of Australian Idol at age 16. Since then, she has built a successful career in music and musical theatre, with credits in Chicago, We Will Rock You, and Sister Act.
Her recent kitchen video follows an interview with New Idea magazine, where she opened up about the moment she decided to focus on her health.
“I’m 36 now and I finally realised that if I want to be healthy and fit at 40, I need to take real and lasting preventative measures now,” she said.
Donovan also shared personal news, revealing that she and her fiancée Renee Sharples are hoping to start a family soon. “I’m in such a good place in my life right now,” she said.
