A TikTok creator has gained over 16.6 million views by sharing her no-sugar journey. Twenty-three-year-old Fatmagül Karabacak faced years of health issues like bloating, fatigue, inflammation, poor sleep, dull skin, and lack of focus. These problems led her to seek change.

Fatmagül first joined the 75 Hard challenge, a popular 75-day program created by entrepreneur Andy Frisella. The challenge aims to improve mental toughness, fitness, and discipline through daily tasks. Participants follow a healthy diet, do two workouts daily (one outside), drink a gallon of water, read 10 pages of a self-help book, and take a daily progress photo.

During the challenge, Fatmagül cut sugar from her diet. Since then, she reports clearer skin, less bloating, better sleep, and improved focus, according to Bristol Live.

Before quitting sugar and processed foods, Fatmagül described herself as slender but with a “fat face.” Excess sugar can cause water retention, which leads to a fuller face. Talking to Fat Burners Only about her change, she said, “I just woke up one day and had enough.”
